Support · Season 26

One camp. Dozens of lives

€216 fully covers one participant for the entire week. But that is not the only way to help — choose the one that feels closest to you.

In numbers

No rounding. In euros

We list amounts in euros for international donors and in hryvnias for local ones. The exchange rate is the average for summer 2025.

/ Full spot 216

≈ ₴8,863 — fully covers one person for seven days (accommodation + meals + program).

/ Partial scholarship 36

One of six contributions toward one spot. Six people join together — and it becomes one full spot for a seventh person.

/ Goal · season 26 13 800

Budgeted on the same scale as 2025. Every contribution brings us closer to this amount.

Three ways

Three clear ways

Any amount helps. But if you want clarity — here are three ways with a concrete result.

/ Way 01

Partial scholarship

One sixth of a full spot. Six people chip in — and one full spot is funded.

Why this is needed

“The local church supports the camp. But because of the war, its resources have sharply decreased”

Many members of the community have left abroad as refugees. Financial resources have dropped significantly. Some churches are managing only the basic needs of their people. External support has become truly critical — without it, the camp simply will not happen.

The cost of organizing it — especially renting a safe base in western Ukraine — exceeds what participant fees cover. In addition: food, logistics, hosting the volunteer team (who fly to Ukraine at their own expense).

We do not fundraise for ‘nice-looking numbers.’ Every euro goes to a specific budget line, published in the financial report for the last season. Transparency is how we maintain trust.

Not only with money

Not only money

If money is simply not available right now — there are four more ways to be useful to the project.

/01

Become a volunteer

The 2026 season team is forming. If you speak English fluently and want to spend a week in the Carpathians helping the guys, write to us.

/02

Bring a participant

Know someone who needs this — a Ukrainian aged 16–45 who wants to improve their English in a safe environment? Share the website link.

/03

Pray for the project

This is not just a formality. Behind every successful season is the prayer of the team and partners. If you are a person of faith, add Feel Free Camp to your list.

/04

Spread the word in your circle

One social media post, a mention in a sermon, a conversation with a donor friend. This is how new partners are found — people we could never reach on our own.
